Our Packaging

We pack orders with protective cushioning and heat-sealed pouches. This page shows examples of our packaging and explains what to check when your order arrives.

Protective Packaging

Vials are cushioned with bubble wrapping secured with an APS sticker before being placed into a heat-sealed pouch. Orders containing 10 or more vials are packed using clear carry boxes with an APS sticker on top. Orders are dispatched in white padded bubble mailers.

Heat-Sealed Pouches

Our pouches are heat-sealed above the opening before dispatch. To access the contents, the sealed top must be torn or cut, leaving visible evidence of opening. On arrival, check that the sealed top is intact. If it is already torn, cut or damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photographs before opening it further.

Carry Boxes for Larger Orders

Orders containing 10 or more vials are packed using clear carry boxes with an APS sticker on top.
