Payment Options

Vial AU accepts three payment methods: PayID, standard bank transfer and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT or USDC). All prices and charges are in Australian dollars. Card payment, Apple Pay, buy-now-pay-later services and PayPal are not available.

How payment works

  1. Add your research compounds to the cart and go to checkout.
  2. Choose how you would like to pay (PayID, bank transfer or cryptocurrency) and place your order.
  3. We email you an order confirmation with your order reference.
  4. We reply to that email with the payment details for your order and the exact amount to pay.

Payment details are never shown on this website, at checkout or on the order confirmation screen. They are only ever sent by reply to your order confirmation email, from our store inbox. Please do not send any payment until you receive that reply, and always include your order reference so your payment can be matched to your order.

Cryptocurrency

If you choose cryptocurrency, our reply gives you the exact amount, the network and the wallet address for your order. Send on the stated network only: payments sent on any other network cannot be recovered.

Security & privacy

No card or banking login details are ever entered on this site. You make the payment from your own banking app or wallet, using the details in our reply. If you receive payment details that do not come as a reply to your Vial AU order confirmation email, do not pay: contact us at [email protected] first. The whole site is served over HTTPS. What we hold about you is set out in our privacy policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay for an order from Vial AU?

Choose PayID, bank transfer or cryptocurrency at checkout and place your order. Vial AU emails an order confirmation, then replies to that email with the payment details and the exact amount for your order.

Why aren’t the payment details on the website?

So that every payment arrives matched to a confirmed order. Vial AU sends payment details only by reply to your order confirmation email.

Can I pay by credit card or Apple Pay?

Not at the moment. Vial AU accepts PayID, bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Card payment, Apple Pay, buy-now-pay-later services and PayPal are not available.

How soon is my order dispatched after payment?

Orders are dispatched once payment clears, by express post within Australia, typically arriving in 1–3 business days. PayID transfers between Australian banks usually clear within minutes; standard bank transfers can take up to one business day.
