Lyophilised peptides travel well, but the last part of the journey (a hot letterbox, a weekend at a depot) is where most avoidable exposure happens. A few choices at checkout make a measurable difference.

From order to dispatch

  • Order and pay before the cut-off. We dispatch the same business day for orders placed and paid by 2:00 pm AEST/AEDT. PayID payments usually clear within minutes; standard bank transfers can take until the next business day; cryptocurrency orders are released once the transaction confirms.
  • Every parcel is tracked. You receive the tracking number by email when it ships.
  • Each vial is labelled with its lot code, which links to its certificate in the certificate library.

Typical transit times

Australia Post timeframes vary by route and season. As a general guide for tracked parcels from Sydney:

Destination Typical business days in transit
Sydney metro 1
Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide metro 1–2
Perth, Hobart, Darwin metro 2–4
Regional and remote areas 3–6+

Public holidays, peak season (November to January) and weather events can add time.

Delivery choices that reduce exposure

  • Deliver to a staffed address. A university loading dock or lab reception is better than an unattended letterbox in summer.
  • Parcel lockers are shaded and secure, and usually cooler than a metal letterbox in direct sun.
  • Avoid weekend stopovers in summer. For regional addresses, ordering early in the week reduces the chance of a parcel sitting in a depot over a weekend.
  • Keep your phone number on the order so the carrier can contact you if needed.

What to check on arrival

  1. Open the parcel promptly and move vials to the freezer the same day.
  2. Check the vial labels against your order: compound, size and lot code.
  3. Look at the cake. It should be a dry, intact plug or powder. A collapsed, glassy or wet appearance warrants a photo and a message to us.
  4. File the certificates. Match each lot code to its report and keep the link with your lab records (lot numbers and batch traceability).

Shipping costs

Tracked shipping within Australia is a flat rate shown in the cart. Orders must reach the minimum order value before checkout; research stacks meet it on their own. For anything shipping-related, email us with your order reference.
