Why these compounds are studied together

Tesamorelin is a stabilised GHRH analogue; CJC-1295 with DAC binds albumin, extending its half-life in published models.
IGF-1 LR3 is a long-acting IGF-1 analogue with reduced IGF-binding-protein affinity, used in IGF-1R signalling and cell-proliferation assays.
Pairing upstream (GHRH-R) and downstream (IGF-1R) tools lets one experiment probe both ends of the axis.
