Kisspeptin-10 (KP-10, metastin 45-54) is the C-terminal decapeptide fragment of kisspeptin-54, the product of the KISS1 gene, identified by CAS number 374675-21-5. It is the shortest fragment that retains full activity at the KISS1R (GPR54) receptor, and the C-terminal amide is required for that binding — which is why the research-grade peptide is supplied amidated rather than as the free acid.

Kisspeptin FAQ
Is Kisspeptin available in Australia?
Yes. Vial AU supplies Kisspeptin (10mg) Australia-wide from Sydney, NSW as a research peptide for in-vitro laboratory research only. It is not a medicine or an approved therapeutic good, it is not for human or veterinary use, and every order requires a research purchasing declaration.
What purity is Kisspeptin?
The highest published result is 99.16% purity (HPLC, lot APL-KISS10-2610-03, supplier lab, tested 23 Oct 2026). Purity is reported per lot: a size shows a purity figure only when a certificate exists for the exact lot in stock, otherwise it reads "Batch COA pending".
Is Kisspeptin third-party tested?
Yes. 2 independent third-party reports are published for Kisspeptin, from Ozcanium Analytics. Supplier batch reports are labelled "Supplier lab", so independent and in-house results are never confused.
Does Kisspeptin come with a certificate of analysis (COA)?
5 Kisspeptin certificates are published in full, not sent on request. Each names the lot, the laboratory, the method and the test date. Match the lot code on your vial label to the certificate before relying on a result.
How fast is Kisspeptin dispatched within Australia?
Orders paid by 14:00 AEST/AEDT on a business day are dispatched the same day from Sydney with Australia Post tracking, including to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Canberra and Darwin. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch; regional and remote addresses can take longer.
How should lyophilised Kisspeptin be stored in the lab?
Keep the sealed vial dry, protected from light and frozen (around −20 °C) for long-term holding, and let it reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation. Solutions are far less stable than the lyophilised powder, so prepare them close to the experiment.
